At Big O Bar, we stand behind the quality of our soaps and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. We're confident this will be the best bar of soap you'll ever use.

Money-Back Guarantee

• Applies to one (1) bar of soap only per household.

• To qualify, you must use the bar for at least 30 days.

• Guarantee claims must be submitted after 30 days and within 60 days from delivery.

• Refund will be issued for the bar’s purchase price (excluding shipping).

We believe this gives your skin the right amount of time to experience the difference Big O Bar makes.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened bars may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shipping to be paid by the shipper.

• For hygienic reasons, opened or used bars cannot be returned.

• Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you if pictures are provided.
